President Jester called the meeting to order @ 19:28.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read by President Jester and approved.
The Treasurer’s report was read by President Jester and approved.
· Beginning balance of $1101.00
· Ending balance of $1253.00
Committee Reports
· 9/11 Cruise
o Cruise details were presented by President Jester
o The final price came out to $45
o Menu - Mini Pit Beef Sandwiches - Pork Sliders - Asian Wings - Steamed Shrimp - Cole Slaw - Watermelon Triangles
o Happy Hour prices on drinks before and after the cruise
o 2 kegs donated for the cruise, working on a third
o Advanced ticket sales only - e-mail for reservations - be sure to give your t-shirt size(s) when you reserve your spot(s)
o 80 tickets only and they are going to go FAST

o President Jester Advised that the accountant had put our paperwork on hold temporarily, but is moving along.
o $150 of the $400 needed to file the paperwork has been donated.

· Chad Hudson inquired about the t-shirt printer and advised he may know of a cheaper place to get them made
· Front of t-shirt discussed
o O’Barsky recommended using the Claddagh and Established year
o Hold on t-shirt front until e-mail distribution
· Polo shirts were discussed, but it was decided to get the t-shirts done first
· The Dagsboro poker run and car show at Indian River High on Aug. 28 was discussed as a possibility for a recruitment place
· Gladwell advised that there could not be a poker run with the Knights of St. Florian
· Payment of dues
